When you purchase an item on the website, the following shipping costs, which includes insurance, will be applied to your order at checkout.
Returns for Buyers
If you decide you do not want the item you purchased on the website, notify us immediately.
Canceling a sale before the items ships
When you notify us, if the your item has not yet shipped and no work has been done on the item, we can cancel the sale and you will receive 100% of your money back.
Canceling a sale work in progress
When you notify us, if the the item is in the stages of having work done, ie: polishing, etc, you will be responsible for these costs. A refund will be issued for the total amount paid minus these costs. Please note, the shipping fees are calculated based on where the seller lives, not where you live (ie: if you live in the United States but the seller lives in Canada, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping to and from Canada.)
If for any reason you are not happy with the item you purchased on the website, you have five (5) days from the date of delivery to request a refund via email and ship your item to us. You will be responsible for the return shipping to us. When we receive the returned item, we will open it under video surveillance and evaluate it to make sure that the item and its condition is exact in what was sent to you. Then, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item.
Items that cannot be returned or refunded
The following is a list of items that cannot be returned or refunded after the sale is final: items that are outside of the five-day delivery period, shipping costs, jewelry boxes, jewelry pouches, cleaning, polishing, appraisal, diamond grading report, sizing, engraving or any other services of any kind.
